Every production begins in the rehearsal room. It's where ideas come to life, characters are discovered, and a cast becomes a company. I believe in creating a rehearsal environment that is both disciplined and fun—I work incredibly hard and challenge every performer to give their very best, while making sure the room is filled with collaboration, creativity, laughter, and respect. As both a director and choreographer, my focus is always on telling the story through every movement, every scene, and every moment. The performances audiences see on opening night are built through countless hours of hard work, trust, and teamwork.
